Commission Terms of service
Please read the following carefully. By proceeding with your commission, you thereby agree with these terms.deliriumbunny's Terms of Service

~Before payment is made, the artist may refuse to do a commission for any reason.PAYMENT
~The commission will not begin until a 50% deposit is made towards the commission.
~If preferred, the commissioner may pay in full upfront.REVISIONS
~Revisions are accepted during the works-in-progress stage.
~No more than 2 minor revisions allowed after the final artwork is shown.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
~The artist will keep in contact about the progress of your commission. If you have a specific deadline, please indicate that in your request form.
~Expedited delivery may be requested at an additional cost.Typical delivery: 314 days (digital)
up to 18 days for traditional workUSE
~Personal use included in the base price
~Commercial use/licensing available at an additional costINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
~All credit belongs to the artist. Artworks may be displayed as part of the artist's portfolio.REFUNDS
~Refunds are not accepted for this type of commission.COMMUNICATION
~Consistent communication is expected for both parties; if the client is unresponsive for more than 72 hours, the commission may be canceled.~Communication must be done through VGen or e-mail.
